Our story

Six decades of urban development

From our roots developing Nasr City, we’ve grown into a diversified developer with a portfolio that spans New Cairo, New Heliopolis and 6th of October. Our projects are designed around how people actually live — with lakes, green corridors, retail spines, schools and clubs woven into the master-plan.

Today our active inventory exceeds 38,000 units across six developments, with a contracted sales value north of EGP 130 billion.
